At All About That Brew, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not accept physical returns, we are happy to offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Return Policy
Not in love with your product? No problem. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, email support@allaboutthatbrew.com and include your original receipt or order confirmation. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Please Note: We do not allow returns for the simple purpose of taking advantage of new sales.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover the cost of non-defective returns. International customers will be responsible for return shipping taxes and duties.
Refund Policy
We do not require items to be returned. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method only. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods, store credit, or gift cards.
Proof of Purchase Required
All refund requests must include valid proof of purchase. Refunds will not be processed without a receipt or order confirmation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damages & Order Issues
When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect it. If something isn’t right whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered reach out to us right away so we can make it right. At All About That Brew, we want you completely happy with your purchase, and we’ll work quickly to resolve any issues.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you really want is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item. This helps avoid delays and ensures you get your new favorites as soon as possible.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
